DNO - With the desire to create a professional B2B (Business to Business) playground, the 2nd edition of the Da Nang International Travel Festival 2025 will offer an opportunity for domestic and international businesses to meet, connect and promote tourism growth and sustainable development.
Taking place on October 16 and 17 at the Ariyana Convention Centre Danang, the 2nd edition of the Da Nang International Travel Festival is expected to welcome more than 200 domestic businesses, mainly key travel companies responsible for bringing visitors to Vietnam, along with 120 international businesses from major source markets.
As one of the largest B2B events in Vietnam’s tourism industry, the festival is designed to open up opportunities for connection and strategic cooperation, contributing to fostering sustainable growth in both tourist arrivals and tourism revenue in the context of a highly competitive market.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Quynh, Chairman and Founder of HorecFex Vietnam, cum General Director of Furama Resort Danang, hopes that through the event, many new cooperative relationships will be formed, whilst international business contracts will be signed. At the same time, the number of international visitors to Vietnam in general and Da Nang in particular will be boosted.
He also emphasizes that the event will contribute to increasing investor confidence and reinforcing Vietnam's tourism brand on the international map.
In addition to B2B meetings and networking activities, the festival will feature a number of programs hosted by the Da Nang Tourism Association, targeting travel agencies, hotels, restaurants and tour guides.
These will include a series of workshops and thematic discussions on destination promotion, service quality improvement and business efficiency, all aimed at creating development momentum for the entire tourism ecosystem.
Speakers at the workshops will discuss sustainable tourism development, ways to harness the cultural and heritage values of Central Vietnam, strategies for building new tourism brands, and solutions for improving destination marketing and recognition.
According to Mr. Cao Tri Dung, the interim Chairman of the Da Nang Tourism Association, the Da Nang International Travel Festival is gradually becoming an annual international event, attracting airlines, travel companies and many other important partners to Vietnam.
The event not only fosters cooperation but also contributes to elevating the national tourism brand on the world tourism map, he notes.
