DNO - Da Nang comes alive this October with GBA Oktoberfest 2025, Southeast Asia’s biggest German beer festival, debuting in Central Vietnam at the iconic Furama Resort Da Nang on October 3.
The festival in Da Nang is co-hosted by the German Business Association (GBA), the Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Vietnam (AHK Việt Nam) and Furama Resort Da Nang.
In Da Nang, guests will be swept up in the energy of live music from the German-Austrian band O’zapft, indulge in authentic Bavarian cuisine prepared by seasoned international chefs, savor premium German draft beer and a wide range of beverages, as well as immerse themselves in a series of vibrant cultural experiences.
More than just a celebration of beer, Oktoberfest is a cultural bridge, representing a deeper exchange between Vietnam and Germany.
“It’s a dynamic platform that strengthens the friendship between Germany and Vietnam while creating meaningful connections between communities, businesses and friends,” said Alexander Ziehe, Chairman of GBA.
“Oktoberfest is not only a cultural stage, but also a place where business and culture intersect, reflecting trust, cooperation, and friendship,” emphasized Peter Kompalla, Chief Representative of AHK Vietnam.
This year’s edition is extra special as GBA celebrates its 30th anniversary, underlining its strong commitment to building long-term partnerships across the country.

GBA Oktoberfest is an annual cultural festival in Vietnam, celebrated since 1992. It is one of the longest-running Oktoberfest events outside of Germany.
The GBA Oktoberfest 2025 tour begins in the capital city of Ha Noi (September 25 - 27), moves to Da Nang (October 3), and concludes in Ho Chi Minh City (October 9 -11).
