Groundbreaking for VND 750 billion tourism project along Thu Bon River

Located along the Thu Bon River, the Fivitel hotel and Fivires resort project will feature a total of 380 rooms built according to 4-star and 5-star standards. The VND nearly 750 billion project is expected to be completed in 2026.

Specifically, the Fivires Nam Hoi An Resort is a five-star complex with 140 rooms. It has a total investment of VND 423 billion and a system of villas, synchronous commercial and entertainment services.

Meanwhile, the 4-star, 12-storey Fivitel Nam Hoi An Hotel has 240 rooms in total with a total investment of VND 325.8 billion.

The groundbreaking ceremony aimed to celebrate the 10^th birthday of the FVG Group, marking a milestone in affirming its mark in three fields of tourism, construction and investment.

"We believe that the project will be an important starting point in creating a chain of high-quality tourism infrastructure capable of serving millions of visitors each year” said Mr. Nguyen Anh Tan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FVG Group.

At the same time, the project will greatly contribute to boosting local economic development and enhancing the lives of local people along the heritage route connecting Hoi An, My Son Sanctuary and Dong Giang Heaven's Gate, he added.

Appreciating the dedication and vision of FVG Group, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee Phan Thai Binh pledged that the municipal authorities will create all favorable conditions for the project to be implemented on schedule, safely and effectively.

“We believe that the project will contribute to realizing Da Nang’s vision of becoming a leading attractive destination in the region, associated with its unique chain of cultural and heritage values", Vice Chairman Binh emphasized.
