DNO - The Regal Group broke ground on the Regal Complex in Da Nang’s Ngu Hanh Son Ward on Tuesday. The project was one of six works selected by the city to start construction on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day September 2.
The VND 1.5 trillion Regal Complex project is located along the Co Co River, facing the sea and being on the nearly 9,000m2 land bordered by Dao Duy Tung, Vo Van Can and Tran Quoc Vuong streets in Ngu Hanh Son Ward. It has the construction floor area of over 100,000m2.
The project will feature two 20-storey towers, providing 683 luxury apartments and penthouses in total.
In addition, there will be a commercial center with more than 8,000m² per floor and over 1,200m² gathering the world's leading Flagship Stores, making their first appearance in Da Nang.
Residents and visitors will enjoy a diverse range of amenities such as a gym, yoga, lounge, Regal Private Club, a children’s play area, bar, a private cinema, and an infinity pool.
Notably, the project is nestled in an area planned by Da Nang for the implementation of modern public transport infrastructure including Light Rail Transit (LRT) and Metro Rail Transit (MRT) systems with 8 routes connecting the city and surrounding areas.
Priority routes include the line from the airport across Tran Thi Ly Bridge to My Khe Beach, and an LRT link between Da Nang and Hoi An.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairwoman of the municipal People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi said that the Regal Complex project introduced a new international-standard luxury complex in Da Nang for the first time, combining high-class apartments, a modern commercial center and a balanced living ecosystem.
The project cleverly integrates the indigenous quintessence of Da Nang - Hoi An into every architectural detail, promising to become a highlight urban landmark. This will contribute to beautifying the urban appearance, improving the quality of life of local people, and enhancing Da Nang’s appeal to tourists and investors.
Mr. Tran Ngoc Thai, Deputy General Director of Investment and Land Fund Development of the Regal Group committed that with Regal Complex, Regal Group wished to create not only a place to live, but also a new symbol of urban infrastructure, contributing to the journey of making Da Nang a modern, dynamic and internationally integrated city.
