DNO - The Nam O Ecotourism Project, located in Da Nang’s Hai Van Ward, has been granted an environmental permit for a period of 10 years.

The Da Nang Department of Agriculture and Environment announced on Wednesday that it had granted an environmental licence to the Nam O Ecotourism Project which is developed by the Trung Thuy - Da Nang JSC. The permit is valid for 10 years, from August 26, 2025, to August 26, 2035.
Under the licence, the Nam O Ecotourism Project is allowed to discharge wastewater and emissions into the environment. Also, it must strictly comply with environmental protection requirements specified in the permit.
The municipal Department of Agriculture and Environment requires the investor to strictly adhere to all environmental protection obligations set out in the permit and in accordance with relevant laws.
In addition, the investor is responsible for promptly reporting to the Department, the Hai Van Ward authorities, and other competent agencies in case of incidents involving waste treatment facilities or any environmental pollution events.
Covering a total area of 237,228.5 m2, the Nam O Eco-tourism project features townhouses, hotels, villas, apartments, community spaces, a wellness center, and supporting tourism facilities.
Also, there are technical infrastructure works such as site leveling; road systems; retaining walls; water supply, power and lighting systems; telecommunications; green space; rainwater collection and drainage systems; and four wastewater treatment systems.
