DNO - Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park (IP) is accelerating its infrastructure development as it prepares to welcome a new wave of investors, including international companies, with three major projects worth a combined VND1.411 trillion scheduled to break ground on August 29.

Located in Thang Truong Commune, Da Nang, the industrial park has made significant progress just eight months after construction began. Phase I of the infrastructure project, covering 35.4 hectares with an investment of VND545 billion, has largely completed its basic technical infrastructure.
The works include roads and site preparation, water supply, fire prevention and control systems, rainwater and industrial wastewater drainage, lighting, landscaping and telecommunications infrastructure.

The development is part of the 346-hectare Nam Thang Binh Industrial Park infrastructure and business project, whose construction officially began in December 2025.
The next stage will expand the park's capacity and provide additional facilities for manufacturers and technology companies. Three projects are scheduled to start simultaneously on August 29.
The first is Phase II of the technical infrastructure, covering 29.5 hectares and requiring VND581 billion in investment.
The second is an 18-hectare industrial workshop complex for lease, with an investment of VND670 billion.
The third is a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 4,200 cubic metres per day and an investment of VND160 billion.
All three projects are expected to be completed in 2027.

The development comes as potential secondary investors are already negotiating leases for workshops covering up to 10 hectares.
Among those showing interest are investors from the United States and Hong Kong (China).
According to BIN Corporation Group CEO Le Hung Anh, the company is also exploring opportunities to bring advanced technology and green-energy solutions to Nam Thang Binh.
During a recent working visit to Texas, CEO Le Hung Anh surveyed six projects involving AI data centres, solar power and battery energy storage systems.
The projects are located in southern Texas and areas around major cities including San Antonio, Fort Worth, Dallas, Houston and Austin.

The visit provided BIN Corporation with an opportunity to examine project models, power-grid connections, available land and energy-storage technologies that could potentially be adapted to industrial developments in Vietnam.
Among the projects surveyed was the more than 800-hectare “Anawa la Solar & Storage” project.
The project’s director hoped to develop broader cooperation with BIN Corporation in areas including AI data centres, energy and other technologies.
CEO Le Hung Anh said the Texas experience could provide a practical reference for the group's industrial projects in Vietnam, particularly Nam Thang Binh.

Looking ahead, BIN Corporation expects Nam Thang Binh to become a potential destination for large-scale technology investment.
The group hopes to attract a US investor in 2027 to develop an AI data centre, with a potential capacity ranging from 200MW to 2GW.
The planned industrial workshops are designed to provide investors with ready-to-use facilities and access to self-generated power, allowing projects to move more quickly from investment preparation to operation.

With infrastructure construction advancing and discussions with potential investors already under way, Nam Thang Binh is positioning itself as an emerging industrial and technology hub in Da Nang, with a focus on modern infrastructure, green energy and high-value investment.
