The ceremony was attended by National Assembly Vice Chairmen Nguyen Duc Hai and Tran Quang Phuong; Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Tuong Van; Da Nang City leaders; and representatives of central and local agencies.
The Tam Anh-An An Hoa Industrial Park, invested by An An Hoa Industrial Park and Urban Development JSC, spans over 435 hectares in the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone (OEZ) with total capital of about VND 4,152 billion, focusing on green industries such as electronics, mechanics, and automobile manufacturing.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman Phan Thai Binh highlighted the strong potential of the city’s southern area centred on the Chu Lai OEZ, noting its developed infrastructure and favourable investment climate. He said the Tam Anh - An An Hoa Industrial Park will expand industrial land and support the city’s development plans.
With strong linkages to nearby industrial parks, the project is expected to create a new growth pole in southern Da Nang, boosting socio-economic development and reinforcing the city’s role as a key regional hub.

Investors are urged to mobilise sufficient resources, ensure quality and environmental standards, and coordinate with authorities to attract secondary investors.
Meanwhile, local authorities were urged to facilitate procedures, ensure security and public support, and help the project soon become operational and deliver practical benefits.
At the ceremony, Nguyen Duc Hai noted that the project reflects the benefits of integrated development, with expanded space and improved infrastructure strengthening regional competitiveness and reducing logistics costs.
He also stressed the importance of prioritizing high-tech industries, reducing emissions, promoting the circular economy, and ensuring harmony between industrial development, environmental protection, and social welfare.
