DNO - After more than a week of exciting competition in Da Nang, the Heineken Pickleball World Cup 2026 officially concluded with top-tier final matches that drew large crowds of spectators and created a vibrant atmosphere.
The success of the tournament once again affirmed Da Nang’s position and its capability to successfully host international-scale sporting events.

The Heineken Pickleball World Cup 2026 brought 5,000 athletes from 81 countries and territories, along with a large number of spectators, to Da Nang over the past week.
From tourism and service experiences to competition and cheering, the event created a lively atmosphere in this coastal city.
Vietnam finishes runner-up at Heineken Pickleball World Cup 2026
After losing to the United States in the final on the evening of September 6, Vietnam finished as the runner-up at the Heineken Pickleball World Cup 2026 on home soil.
The US team demonstrated its superior strength by defeating Vietnamese pairs in women’s doubles, men’s doubles and two mixed-doubles matches to secure a 4 - 0 victory and claim the championship.
Earlier, in the Juniors team event, the US youth team also defeated Vietnam’s youth team 3-1 to take the title.

On the courts, athletes delivered spectacular rallies and impressive shots, showcasing a high level of skill.
The thrilling matches, spectacular rallies, and wonderful memories from the tournament served as motivation for athletes to continue striving for greater achievements.

- Open Team: the USA (defeated Vietnam 4 - 0).
- Juniors Team: the USA (defeated Vietnam 3 - 1).
- Pro Men's Singles: Ly Hoang Nam champion (defeated Phuc Huynh).
- Pro Women's Singles: Katerina Stewart champion (defeated Roos Van Reek).
- Pro Men's Doubles: Richard Livornese Jr. & Jack Munro (defeated Ly Hoang Nam & Nguyen Anh Gia Huy).
- Pro Women's Doubles: Selina Turulja & Nicola Schoeman (defeated Domenika Turkovic & Katerina Stewart).
- Pro Mixed Doubles: Jack Munro & Nicola Schoeman (defeated Ly Hoang Nam & Roos Van Reek).
