Digital Treasures Center willing to support Da Nang in building Blockchain capital management and development mechanisms

Secretary Quang highly appreciated the presence of Mr. Band Zhao and his colleagues at the Da Nang Finance and Tech Week.

Highlighting specific mechanisms and policies for the city’s growth, especially the establishment of a Free Trade Zone and an International Finance Center, the city leader hoped that Mr. Band Zhao and Digital Treasures Center Pte Ltd could offer consulting opinions to Da Nang in some areas.

These included the training of high-quality human resources, the proposal for appropriate policies, and advice on capital management mechanisms.

Mr. Quang also asked Mr. Band Zhao to consider investing in high-end tourism by developing 5-to-6-star hotel and resort brands in areas aligned with the city’s planning.

In reply, Mr. Band Zhao thanked Secretary Quang for his warm welcome, saying that this was the second time he had the opportunity to meet and work with the city's leaders.

Established in 2019 in Singapore, the Digital Treasures Center Pte Ltd is a digital payment service provider licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a major payment institution.

This is one of the world's leading digital technology companies, licensed to operate in the field of digital currency in many countries. It is cooperating with many governments to develop and operate digital currency transactions legally and safely.

Regarding the proposals from the Da Nang leader, Mr. Band Zhao expressed his willingness to cooperate with the city, especially in training high-tech human resources, including Blockchain technology.

He added that the company had its own training institute, and was ready to deploy training courses suitable to the needs of Da Nang.

With international experience in licensing, policy consulting and operating digital financial transactions, Mr. Band Zhao affirmed that he would share practical experience to support Da Nang in building appropriate mechanisms for innovation activities.

Mr. Band Zhao also expressed his desire to work closely with local partners, thereby building Da Nang into one of the leading destinations for Blockchain technology in the region in the time to come.
