Attracting global tech startup talent to Da Nang

DNO - Held in the city from November 1 - 30, the Hacker Residency Da Nang 2025 attracted the participation of 13 international startup teams, along with mentors, investors and technology experts.

13 international startup teams, including three from Vietnam, showcased innovative solutions in various technology fields.

The program was initiated by the Hacker Residency Group - a global startup support group founded in Silicon Valley.

It was jointly organized by the Da Nang Innovation Startup Support Center and DataHouse - a reputable information technology solution provider operating in the US, Vietnam and the Philippines.

The Hacker Residency Da Nang 2025 aimed to attract international technology startups to work and experience life in Da Nang, creating a bridge with the local startup ecosystem. The program stood out with the model of "all-in for the product".

During the participation period, the startups focused on product development, presenting their ideas at regular demo sessions, receiving in-depth advice on fundraising strategies, marketing and go-to-market, as well as establishing relationships with the startup community, investors and mentors in Da Nang.

This year’s program received more than 400 applications from over 25 countries, including the USA, Singapore, South Korea, India, and several Southeast Asian nations. It also garnered strong interest from reputable investors and venture capital firms such as Zinance Ventures, Antler, and Golden Gate Ventures.

Within the framework of the program, 13 international startup teams, including three from Vietnam, showcased innovative solutions in various technology fields.
