DNO - The Korean Food Festival 2026 in Hoi An on September 26 and 27 will feature K-Food, cultural exchanges and live performances, offering residents and visitors a chance to experience Korean cuisine and culture for free.
The much-awaited event will take place at Song Hoai Square, 1 Cao Hong Lanh Street, Hoi An, Da Nang. It will run from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. on September 26 and from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on September 27.
Following the success of its first edition in 2025, the event returns with a wider range of food experiences and cultural activities.
It will introduce Korean food products to local residents and visitors while creating a space for cultural exchange between Viet Nam and the Republic of Korea (RoK).
Visitors can explore a variety of popular K-food products at the event. Included are tteokbokki, beverages, ice cream and dairy products, fresh fruit and convenient ready-to-eat foods.
The festival also offers hands-on activities. Visitors can try making popular Korean dishes such as kimbap, dalgona, cup tteokbokki and Korean noodles.
Food tasting, shopping and photo opportunities at participating booths will add to the experience. Visitors can take part in check-in activities and receive gifts.
Also, there will be music, cultural performances and activities promoting Hoi An, and Da Nang at large as destinations.
The combination of K-Food, entertainment and cultural exchange is expected to create a lively meeting point in the heart of the heritage town.
The event is hosted by the Ho Chi Minh City branch of Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation and organised by SINASEAN Vietnam Co., Ltd., with support from the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Hoi An Ward People’s Committee and the Hoi An World Heritage Site Management and Preservation Centre.
All activities are free of charge, making the festival an accessible option for both local residents and international visitors. By bringing Korean cuisine into Hoi An’s cultural and heritage setting, the event offers visitors a different way to experience the ancient town.
It also provides an opportunity to discover Korean flavours, meet people through food and enjoy live cultural performances. F
