DNO - Vietnam has officially launched ‘Visit Vietnam’, a national tourism data platform designed to connect data and shape the future of travel.

The platform has been unveiled at the conference themed “Visit Vietnam - Connecting Data, Shaping the Future of Tourism”, co-organized by the National Data Association (NDA), the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism (VNAT), Sun Group and Visa in the Phu Quoc Special Zone.
This is the first time Vietnam has introduced a national-level data platform dedicated to tourism. This marks an important milestone in the country’s digital transformation, especially as the tourism sector celebrates 20 million international visitors in 2025.
Visit Vietnam is designed as a unified data backbone for government authorities, businesses and travelers.
The platform’s breakthrough feature is a real-time national tourism data map, allowing authorities to monitor visitor density, manage demand flows, and identify operational risks at an early stage.
It will also act as a virtual travel assistant, helping visitors create personalized itineraries based on their interests, time and budget.
According to the roadmap, Visit Vietnam is scheduled for full operation in the second quarter of 2026.
