DNO - An inauguration ceremony of TTC Plaza Da Nang and grand opening TUI SUNEO Da Nang Hotel was organized on September 15 by the Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TTC Land). It marks the first of the TUI SUNEO hotel brand in Vietnam.
The event was attended by representatives of Da Nang authorities, the Japanese Consulate General in Da Nang, leaders of TTC Group, TTC Land, TUI Hotels & Resorts, and AeonMall Vietnam, alongside domestic and international partners.
TTC Plaza Da Nang began construction on January 10, 2024. The project covers an area of nearly 15,000m² with a total floor area of more than 122,000m². It includes 18 above-ground floors and two basements. In particular, the project dedicates more than 22,000m² to office space, alongside spaces for retail, hospitality, and services.
The project is situated on Dien Bien Phu Street, a key traffic route linking the Northwest region to Da Nang’s city center. It, therefore, provides convenient access to Da Nang International Airport and established commercial, service, and residential areas.
TTC Plaza Da Nang boasts not only its prime location but also the functional optimization within a complex. Its commercial, hospitality, office, and service spaces are open-plan, meeting the diverse needs of local residents, tourists, and the business community.
Alongside TTC Plaza Da Nang, TUI SUNEO Da Nang has also officially commenced operations. It is the first presence of a TUI SUNEO-branded hotel in Vietnam and marks the TUI Hotels & Resorts' expansion across the Asian market.
