ĐNO- Đảo Sinh Tồn là một trong 3 xã, thị trấn của huyện đảo Trường Sa (tỉnh Khánh Hòa). Bên cạnh các đơn vị quân đội, trên đảo còn có các hộ dân sinh sống. Đảo có các công trình dân sự, văn hóa tâm linh như nhà văn hóa, trạm khí tượng thủy văn, trường học, trạm y tế, trụ sở UBND xã...và âu thuyền.
