Sharing at the event, Deputy Director of the Northeast Asia Department Lam Thi Thanh Phuong said that after nearly two years of enhancing the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, the friendship and cooperation between Viet Nam and Japan have been developing robustly and effectively across all sectors.

This relationship has been characterized by high political trust and serves as a model for successful bilateral cooperation. Japan remains Viet Nam's top partner in official development assistance (ODA) and labor, the third-largest partner in investment and tourism, and the fourth in trade.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is committed to supporting and facilitating cooperation between localities and businesses in Vietnam and Japan, including Da Nang.

At the event, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs hopes that the parties will focus on exchanging and finding new cooperation opportunities between the two sides, especially in the fields of digital transformation, green transformation, innovation, human resource training, high-tech agriculture, and building sustainable value chains to bring harmonious benefits to all parties.
