DNO - Covering an area of over 21 hectares in Ngu Hanh Son Ward, the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival Complex project is expected to come up for auction in the third or fourth quarter of 2025.

Under Decision No. 435/QĐ-UBND, the People's Committee of Da Nang has approved the land use rights auction plan for the complex project in Ngu Hanh Son Ward.
The abovementioned project has a total area of 210,381m2 and is located along the eastern bank of the Han River and adjacent to Tran Hung Dao - Chuong Duong route.
The total investment capital of the project is estimated at over VND 10,750 billion, with a starting price of VND 23,822,440/m2. The auction is scheduled to take place in the third or fourth quarter of 2025.
The development of the large-scale complex is an important step in upgrading the infrastructure and scale of Da Nang International Fireworks Festival - one of the city’s signature cultural and tourism events, and building a more modern, professional and attractive festival space.
The project borders Pham Huu Kinh Street to the north, and An Tu Cong Chua Street and Tien Son Bridge to the south.The western boundary of the project borders the Han River and part of the sidewalk along Chuong Duong Street. The development of the project will form a cultural - tourist space on both banks of the Han River.The land plots have been fenced off and are now awaiting the upcoming auction.The Da Nang International Fireworks Festival complex eyes becoming a venue for organizing and performing domestic and international fireworks displays. It is expected to be a place where other important events of the city will be held.The project is also oriented to form a hub for night-time economy and high-end tourism services, with high-end, luxury, super luxury accommodation facilities featuring creative design associated with beachfront and nightlife entertainment.Situated near the pedestrian street and the riverside park by Nguyen Van Troi and Tran Thi Ly bridges, the project offers easy access to tourism and service activities along the beachfront and the western bank of the Han River.Once completed, the project will replace the temporary grandstands that were set up along the sidewalk of Tran Hung Dao Street during previous editions of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival.
