DNO - After 10 days of busy preparation, the two teams, Viet Nam’s Z121 Vina Pyrotech and China’s Jiangxi Yangfeng, are ready to deliver sublime, classy performances at the grand finale of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2025. The event with the theme "The New Rising Era" will take place tonight (July 12).
Representing Viet Nam, Z121 Vina Pyrotech, under the Ministry of National Defence, will present “Message of Peace” - a meticulously choreographed display featuring 7,000 fireworks.
The performance will be divided into four parts featuring four different levels of emotions. It will praise the dynamism, youthfulness, and growth of Da Nang in particular and Viet Nam in general, as well as arouse national pride and send a wish for peace.
In the qualifying round, the Vina Pyrotech team moved the entire audience to tears with their performance of "Like Having Uncle Ho on the Day of Great Victory".
In the final, the Vietnamese team chooses to showcase explosive fireworks effects set against the backdrop of the song "Aspiration for Peace".
This composition was solemnly performed at the Viet Nam International Defense Exhibition 2024 by Meritorious Artist Vu Thang Loi and Meritorious Artist Lien Huong.
The song resonates deeply, inspiring a peace-loving Viet Nam that continuously strives for progress and is ready to integrate with the world.
Meanwhile, in the qualifying round, Jiangxi Yangfeng from China showcased their signature style which featured a dazzling fireworks display synchronized to a single piece of music. In the final, the Chinese team will take a bold turn by incorporating a music list of ten songs.
With the theme “A Shining Pearl - The City of Tomorrow”, the performance is a tribute to Da Nang - a coastal city that is growing strongly towards a future of sustainable development and innovation.
The Chinese team describes Da Nang as a shining “pearl” in the heart of Asia, and a symbol of peace, integration and the aspiration to reach new horizons.

One of the highlights in the Chinese team’s performance is that it will incorporate the viral Vietnamese song “Bắc Bling”. This is the first time the team has used local music in its display to honour Vietnamese culture and connect with local audiences.
In addition, there will be a series of colorful international songs such as “The Final Countdown”, “Legacy of Six”, “Homecoming”, and “Promise of Hope”, all creating a musical flow that is both vibrant and dreamy, and taking the audience from reality to the future, and from today’s Da Nang to hopeful visions.
