DNO - “Night Ocean Banquet” will make its debut in Da Nang, inviting visitors to experience the city's beaches after dark through glowing kite displays, beachfront dining and a relaxed seaside atmosphere.
This is a three-night seaside event combining illuminated kite displays, live music and beachfront dining as part of the Enjoy Da Nang Festival 2026.
The event will take place from July 24 to 26 at the Bien Dong Park, running daily from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The programme aims to encourage visitors to experience Da Nang’s coastline in a slower, more immersive way after sunset while expanding the city's growing portfolio of night-time tourism products.
Unlike large-scale concerts or high-energy entertainment, the event focuses on creating a relaxed atmosphere where visitors can enjoy the sea through light, music, food and shared moments.
Hundreds of illuminated kites will soar above the shoreline each evening, transforming the night sky into a colourful light display.
On the beach, warm ambient lighting, acoustic performances, the sound of waves and the aroma of charcoal-grilled sweet potatoes and corn are designed to create a festive yet tranquil setting.
The event targets a wide range of visitors. Groups of friends can gather for casual conversations and photographs beneath the glowing kites; couples can enjoy a romantic evening by the sea.
Meanwhile, families are invited to share simple experiences such as roasting food together, listening to live music and spending quality time outdoors.
The event is built around the natural elements of Da Nang’s coastline. The beach, sea breeze, music, lighting and local food become the main attractions, allowing every visitor to create a personal experience instead of following a fixed programme.
The event also reflects Da Nang’s broader strategy of diversifying its tourism offerings beyond daytime beach activities.
By introducing new experiences after dark, the city hopes to encourage visitors to stay longer and increase spending while showcasing another side of its coastal lifestyle.

Visitors can choose from two ticket categories. Tickets for Zones A, B, C and D are priced at VND199,000 (about US$7.60) per person and include seating, a barbecue grill, one serving of sweet potato and corn for roasting, one beverage set and one portion of mixed rice paper snacks.
Meanwhile, Zones E, F and G cost VND129,000 (about US$5) per person and include seating, one beverage set and one serving of mixed rice paper snacks, but do not include a grill.
Each table accommodates between one and ten guests. In addition to the standard packages, visitors may order extra food and drinks, including seafood dishes, beer and other refreshments, allowing them to customise their beachfront dining experience.
Organizers describe the “Night Ocean Banquet” as one of the signature highlights of the Enjoy Da Nang Festival 2026, offering visitors an opportunity to experience the city’s beaches beyond traditional sightseeing.
As Da Nang continues expanding its nighttime economy, the festival represents another step toward positioning the central Vietnamese city as a destination where the beach remains vibrant long after sunset.
