DNO - Marvell Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of US-based Marvell Technology, Inc., inaugurated its expanded office on the sixth floor of the ICT1 building at Da Nang Software Park No. 2 on November 5.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Standing Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People’s Committee Ho Ky Minh congratulated Marvell Vietnam on expanding its research and working facility in Da Nang.
He emphasized that the event marked the result of years of efforts by the city to promote investment, foster business connections and develop infrastructure, following its investment promotion visit to Silicon Valley in the United States in October 2023.
To bring Da Nang Software Park No. 2 into operation and make its premises available for lease to tech businesses, the city leaders worked with central government authorities to resolve obstacles relating to public investment mechanisms and the management of public assets.
Marvell was among the pioneering technology companies to secure premises and expand its operations at the park.
According to Standing Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh, the city is preparing to put the VSAP Lab semiconductor chip testing facility into operation at Da Nang Software Park No. 2.
The city will also continue investing in expanding landscaped areas and developing facilities for the international financial center, linked with a financial technology (Fintech) ecosystem.

Mr. Ho Ky Minh expressed his expectation that the collaboration among local authorities, businesses and universities would help Da Nang master strategic technologies.
He also affirmed that the city would continue accompanying Marvell and be willing to provide infrastructure and facilities support as the company further expands its workforce.
Dr. Le Quang Dam, General Director of Marvell Vietnam, spoke highly of Da Nang’s investment incentives and support policies, particularly tax incentives for the semiconductor industry.
He affirmed the company’s long-term commitment to the city and pledged to continue expanding its workforce and working with universities on specialized training and in-depth research, thereby contributing to the development of a high-quality team of semiconductor engineers.
The new office is equipped with modern, integrated facilities to support the research and work activities of Marvell’s chip design engineers in Da Nang.
