Da Nang to host Grand Chapitre Vietnam 2026 in late March

The event is designed as a culinary experience journey across Da Nang and Hoi An. It will kick off with a Welcome Dinner at Gypsy Rooftop, featuring a specially crafted menu for the occasion.

Participants will then have the opportunity to join a hands-on cooking class at Streets International in Hoi An, a social enterprise that provides culinary training for disadvantaged youth.

One of the highlights of the event is the Beachfront Induction Ceremony & BBQ Dinner held at the Fusion Resort & Villas Da Nang. New members will be officially inducted before attending an outdoor dining experience showcasing grilled dishes and Central Vietnam seafood.

According to the organizers, selecting Da Nang and Hoi An as host destinations aims to introduce Vietnamese cuisine to the international community. Both locations are regarded as tourism hubs in Central Vietnam, offering a rich ecosystem of restaurants, hotels, and cultural heritage.

In addition to being a series of events for the culinary community, the program also fosters exchange between centuries-old European fine dining traditions and Vietnamese culinary culture, creating a space for connection among professionals and food enthusiasts from around the world.
