DNO - The Da Nang Food Tour 2026, themed "The Quintessence of Cuisine” will take place from May 20 to 24.

The event promises a wide range of activities that blend gastronomy, culture and entertainment for both residents and visitors.
A highlight of this year’s program will be the opening ceremony, scheduled for 7:30 pm on May 21 at the main stage of the East Sea Park, featuring demonstrations of Quang-style cuisine.
Throughout the festival, “The Quintessence of Cuisine” space will be open daily from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm between May 20 - 24 at the East Sea Park, introducing and serving local specialties.
During the same period, the "Colors of Quang Region" check-in space (4:00 pm - 11:00 pm) and the "Essence of Quang Region" experience zone (6:00 pm - 10:00 pm) will offer interactive activities, enabling visitors to explore local culinary culture.
Notably, the "Da Nang Flavors" food parade is scheduled to take place from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm on May 21 at the East Sea Park and beaches along Vo Nguyen Giap Street, featuring demonstrations of preparing local specialties.
Other key activities will include the "Taste of the Sea" Food Festival set to be held from May 22 - 24 at the Tam Thanh Beach Square in Quang Phu Ward, recreating coastal culinary traditions.
In addition, the “Hoi An - Da Nang Traditional Cake Festival” will be organized on May 22 and 23 at the Cam Chau Market in Hoi An Dong Ward, showcasing the making of traditional cakes.
Moreover, nightly music performances at the East Sea Park will contribute to creating a vibrant atmosphere, and drawing large crowds of locals and tourists.
A notable highlight will be the seminar “Positioning and Elevating the Value of Cuisine” expected to be held on May 25. Its aim is to explore solutions for developing local culinary culture.
Alongside the festival, a series of food tours connecting destinations across the city will be rolled out from May through December 2026, with the goal of effectively tapping into the potential of culinary tourism linked to cultural experiences.
