DNO - Tourist attractions across Da Nang are bustling with visitors during this year's National Day holiday (September 2).
According to the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, people nationwide enjoy a four-day break (August 30 - September 2, 2025), the same length as in 2024.
The total number of tourist arrivals to Da Nang is expected to grow significantly compared to last year. The average room occupancy rate is estimated at 55 - 60%.
Some popular tourist attractions in the city welcome a large number of visitors such as the Sun World Ba Na Hills Tourist Area, the Nui Than Tai Hot Springs Park, the Mikazuki 365 Water Park, the VinWonders Nam Hoi An Water Park, and the Hoi An Ancient Town.
Tourist sites citywide simultaneously provide a wide range of attractive promotions and check-in gifts for visitors.
On the occasion, the Da Nang Museum, the Museum of Cham Sculpture, the Da Nang Fine Arts Museum, and the Marble Mountains, offer free admission on September 2. These are among the city’s signature cultural tourist attractions which have been upgraded and renovated to enhance visitor experiences.
At the Da Nang Museum, although free entry was not applied from August 30 to September 1, the venue still drew large crowds eager to explore history and take photos.
From August 29 - September 2, 2025, Da Nang receives 730 flights, with an average frequency of 146 flights/day, up 25.9% compared to the same period in 2024.
Of these, 436 were domestic flights and 294 were international ones. Meanwhile, the Chu Lai Airport handled 34 domestic flights, the same as last year.
