DNO - Da Nang will open four of its major cultural attractions free of charge to all visitors on September 2 to mark the 80th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day.
Free entry will be offered at the Museum of Da Nang, the Museum of Cham Sculpture, the Museum of Fine Arts and the Marble Mountains, according to the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
These sites represent some of the city’s most distinctive cultural and historical landmarks and have recently undergone upgrades to enhance visitor experience.
Alongside these initiatives, leading destinations across Da Nang are also launching special promotions and festive programmes.
At the My Son Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage site in Da Nang, ưill provide ticket discounts and check-in gifts for visitors between September 2 and 20. The CSO Gallery is also rolling out promotions from August 30 to September 5.
The Sun World Ba Na Hills will host the ‘Celebrating Independence Festival’ from August 30 to September 30, offering discounted tickets and buffet packages for domestic tourists.
The Nui Than Tai Hot Springs Park will stage the event series ‘Proud Vietnam - Steadfast Future’ from August 30 to September 2, featuring cultural activities and entertainment for families.
With free entry to key museums and monuments alongside diverse tourism promotions, Da Nang is positioning itself as a vibrant destination during the 4-day National Day holiday from August 30 to September 2, welcoming both domestic and international travellers.
