DNO - The Thinh Khang An Company Limited held a groundbreaking ceremony on Friday for the high-end medical - education - apartment complex worth over VND 1 trillion in the new urban area south of Tran Thi Ly Bridge, Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang.
Attending the ceremony were Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Council Doan Ngoc Hung Anh and Vice Chairwoman of the municipal People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi.
The project is part of the medical tourism ecosystem of the Duy Tan University.
The project covers an area of 21,311m2, with 8,524m2 designated for construction. It will feature a modern medical and education complex, as well as apartment buildings, with a total investment of VND 1.118 trillion.
According to Mr. Nguyen Ha Nam, Director of the municipal Department of Construction, once completed, the project will serve the medical examination and treatment needs of local people, as well as create an advanced educational environment for exchanging, training, and coaching professional skills in healthcare and education.
It will greatly contribute to developing Da Nang into a livable city and a hub for innovation and high-quality education and healthcare in the Central and Central Highlands regions.
The Department of Construction will accompany, support, and ensure that the project will be implemented on schedule, and meet quality and safety regulations, he added.
