Events promote mountain-region products and widen their distribution channels.

Seeking business partners

Da Nang’s mountain communes offer many distinctive, high-potential products. So the city focuses on boosting trade promotion and strengthening supply-processing-consumption linkages to secure stable markets for mountain-region products.

The 2025 Trade Promotion and Business Connection Program, which was held in Tien Phuoc from 14 to 17 November, showcased food items, medicinal herbs, OCOP products, rural industrial goods, and local specialities from more than 30 businesses and craft village facilities from the midland and mountainous areas. The event offered valuable exposure for local products.

At the first Autumn Fair 2025 in Hanoi (25 October - 4 November), Da Nang’s mountainous medicinal goods, especially Ngoc Linh ginseng, drew strong interest from consumers and partners. Da Nang businesses showcased fresh ginseng roots and plants, boosting visibility and momentum for the region’s products.

Thanks to the support of the industry and trade sector, mountain-region products have been displayed in numerous domestic and international promotion events, helping build brand recognition, attract partners, and increase product value while giving local residents confidence in production.

Multiple promotion activities

Trade-connection programmes are helping producers in Da Nang’s mountainous communes improve product quality, strengthen branding, and expand market reach.

According to the City's Department of Industry and Trade, the trade-connection events create opportunities for businesses to showcase their strengths, connect supply chains, and attract investment, contributing to stronger economic development in mountainous areas.
