Covering 50,000 square meters, the facility is designed to produce around 1,800 tonnes of products annually, equivalent to roughly 200,000 finished items each year.
The factory focuses on the production of artificial Christmas trees, LED decorative lighting and illumination products for both domestic and international markets.
The project is expected to strengthen Vietnam’s manufacturing capacity in decorative products while supporting the growth of related supporting industries.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People’s Committee Phan Thai Binh described the project as a testament to the increasing attractiveness of the southern Da Nang region and the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone as investment destinations.
“The completion and operation of the factory demonstrate the investor’s commitment and capability while highlighting the growing appeal of Chu Lai for industrial development,” said Vice Chairman Phan Thai Binh.

As Da Nang, and Vietnam as a whole, strive to achieve double-digit economic growth, the project's operation is expected to create jobs, increase budget revenues, facilitate the transfer of advanced technologies and accelerate the transformation of the economic structure toward a more modern and sustainable model.
Founded in June 2025, Aurio Greenery Decor Co., Ltd. manufactures artificial Christmas trees and assembles decorative and lighting LED products, serving customers in Vietnam and overseas markets.
The company’s investment reflects growing interest among manufacturers in central Vietnam, where industrial parks continue to attract both domestic and foreign investors thanks to improving infrastructure and strategic access to seaports, airports and international logistics networks.

The enterprise was also urged to expand its export markets, comply with environmental regulations and prioritize worker welfare and workplace safety.
Through diplomatic missions in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, as well as business associations from the United States, Poland and other countries, the Da Nang authorities hope to continue receiving support in promoting investment and attracting new projects to this central Vietnamese city, and the Chu Lai Open Economic Zone in particular, in the coming years.
