On the evening of September 4, the An Hai Ward People’s Committee, in coordination with the ward’s Business Association, Rong Tien Sa Media Company and Anh Thinh Minh Event Company, held a meeting with media agencies and social media influencers, including KOLs and KOCs, to provide information about the festival.

The festival will feature a vibrant lineup of cultural, entertainment and culinary activities aimed at boosting tourism and the night-time economy.

A highlight will be three nights of high-altitude fireworks over the beach on September 12, 19 and 26, with viewing areas set up on the sand and enhanced by lighting effects against the nighttime bay.

During the festival, the central stage will screen 3D AI digital films on a large screen. Notably, the historical-fantasy film project “Danh Than Thoai Ngoc Hau”, which incorporates AI-powered graphics technology, will be introduced to the public, promising to offer a new experience for residents and visitors.

In addition, the “Flavours of the Sea” BBQ food space on the beach will serve local seafood dishes. A Mid-Autumn Festival space for families and children will feature lantern displays, community activities and lantern processions.

The festival will also offer a wide range of experiential activities, including the “Master Chef” competition, the “Aspiration for the Blue Sea” high school flashmob, the “Sounds of the Sea” seminar, the “The Sea Calls” music night, sandcastle-building activities, air volleyball, live instrumental performances, beach football and acoustic music nights.

According to the organisers, the An Hai Festival 2026 is expected to effectively tap into the potential of the night-time economy and diversify beach tourism products.

The event is also hoped to help extend visitors’ stays and increase tourism spending, thereby contributing to a breakthrough in Da Nang’s tourism sector in general and An Hai’s beach tourism in particular.
