The awards are jointly organised by the Institute of Creativity and Digital Transformation, government agencies, the Global Blue Dragon Fellowship Network, Vietnam Brand Purpose and the Stamford Global Leadership Centre.

Nguyen Thi Hoang Lan, Director of the Centre for Digital Transformation in Culture, Sports and Tourism, said the awards cover the cultural value chain, from heritage preservation and destination development to creative products, technology applications, youth education and initiatives with wider social impact.

Tran Tue Tri, CEO of the Stamford Global Leadership Centre and senior adviser to Vietnam Brand Purpose, said the initiative seeks to connect stakeholders in culture, technology and business, encouraging knowledge exchange, collaboration and access to investment to help Vietnam’s cultural and technology industries expand internationally.

Nguyen Thanh Giang, Executive Director of the Global Blue Dragon Fellowship Network, said the awards aim to recognise and connect innovative cultural products, intellectual property (IP) and initiatives that revitalize heritage through contemporary approaches and technology.

Eligible fields include arts, music, design, tourism, STEAM education and cultural digitization. Participants may include local authorities, businesses, artists, creators, technology companies, educational institutions and community organisations.

Entries will be assessed on four pillars: Creativity, Technology, Experience, and Impact, with projects of all sizes eligible.

The judging process will comprise preliminary and final rounds, overseen by an advisory council and a jury of Vietnamese and international experts to ensure independence, professionalism and transparency.

Alongside recognizing outstanding projects, the programme aims to establish a Vietnamese Creative Culture Platform connecting creators, businesses, investors, technology providers and markets, strengthening the country’s cultural industries and soft power.

Entries will be accepted from October 8 to November 8, 2026. The results announcement and awards ceremony are scheduled for January 2027.
