DNO - A wide range of vibrant cultural events and festivals will be held across Da Nang to serve both residents and visitors during the upcoming holidays, including Hung Kings Commemoration Day, Reunification Day and International Workers’ Day.

Highlights include a series of distinctive cultural and artistic activities such as the “Colors of Da Nang” exhibition (April 15 - May 5) at the Da Nang Fine Arts Museum and “Vietnam’s Intersection” exhibition (April 17 - May 17) at the Da Nang Museum.
The Da Nang Ao Dai Festival 2026 will take place from April 24 to 26 at APEC Park, pedestrian streets, and riverside spaces along the Han River.
Alongside, there will be festivals rich in local identity, including the Ky Yen Son Cam Ha Festival on April 24 - 25, and the Huong Tra Sua Flower Festival between April 24 and 26.
Other notable events will include the Swiftlet Craft Ancestor Worship Festival on April 26 at Cu Lao Cham, the 555th anniversary of Ngu Xa Tra Kieu on April 26 in Tra Kieu, the “Colors of Cham Heritage” Festival on April 30 and May 1 at the My Son Sanctuary, and the closing of the Light and Heritage Festival on April 30 at the Hoi An Memories Island with sky lantern and floating lantern releases.
In early May, visitors can also explore the Stone Carving Craft Ancestral Festival on May 1 and 2 at the Non Nuoc Stone Village.
Meanwhile, the Tra Linh Market Fair on May 2 and 3 at the Konpin Cultural House will offer immersive experiences in highland culture, local produce, medicinal herbs and traditional cuisine of the Xo Dang ethnic group.
A key highlight will be the launch of the Da Nang Beach Tourism Season 2026 to be held at East Sea Park, Son Tra Peninsula and major tourist beaches, from April 25 - May 3.
The nine-day event will feature a lively seaside atmosphere with kite festivals, night music shows, a culinary space including the Pizza Festival, water sports performances, water gun battles, Son Tra walking tours, community activities, environmental protection campaigns and beach rescue demonstrations.
Notably, the open water swimming championship “Across The Summer Waves” on April 27 stands out as a unique experiential sporting event, where each stroke represents not only a physical challenge but also a journey of connection with nature and oneself.
In addition to festivals, a variety of entertainment activities will enrich visitors’ options, including the Ba Na Sun Fest (April 10 - August 31) at Sun World Ba Na Hills, and the Animal Actors Show (April 25 - September 2) at Nui Than Tai Hot Springs Park.
