The CMAP platform aims to connect cultural information within the digital landscape, serving the public, tourists, regulatory authorities, and businesses alike. It contributes to enhancing accessibility, effectively promoting and leveraging Vietnam’s cultural resources.

This port is present at its site cmap.vn, aimed at digitizing and connecting cultural resources on a unified platform. It helps the public and tourists easily search for and explore a series of unique cultural events and heritage sites as well as museums across 34 provinces and cities nationwide.

Beyond merely as a search tool for locations, the CMAP platform is positioned as a comprehensive digital information hub for cultural, sports, and tourism infrastructure.

In fact, it provides real-time updates on arts and cultural events, traditional festivals, grassroots sports tournaments, and heritage-focused exploration. By integrating such a diverse range of data, the CMAP fosters a digital cultural ecosystem that is both expansive and in-depth.

These connections also create new opportunities for developing products within the cultural and tourism industries, generating livelihoods for local communities, and showcasing the beauty of Vietnam to international tourists.

This data connectivity has expanded various elements, ranging from tangible and intangible cultural heritages, museums, libraries, theaters, creative spaces, and sports facilities to key tourism destinations in Vietnam.

As of November 1, 2026, the CMAP platform has announced 391 events taking place across all 34 provinces and cities nationwide.
