DNO - The Vietnam Cultural Digital Map platform will be launched before November 15, 2026. It aims to update information regarding locations, programs, events, and activities nationwide to celebrate Vietnamese Culture Day (November 24).
Pursuant to Directive No. 35/CT-TTg dated September 30, 2026, issued by the Prime Minister, the organization of Vietnamese Culture Day will be organized in conjunction with the National Great Unity Festival in 2026.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism will coordinate with relevant ministries, agencies, and localities nationwide, to organize various activities responding to the Vietnamese Culture Day and the National Great Unity Culture Week.
This aims to strengthen the integration of cultural activities and experiences with tourism and the development of the national cultural industry.
Each province, city, commune, and ward nationwide shall select at least one typical cultural activity, product, story, or space to showcase, linking it with tourism promotion and demand stimulation and the development of cultural industry.
Also, each commune and ward shall select at least one suitable activity or model to sustain and build on after Vietnamese Culture Day and the National Great Unity Festival. It contributes to building local cultural communities that are bright, green, clean, and beautiful.
Local authorities must ensure public security and order, fire prevention and firefighting, and environmental sanitation, etc, during festive activities.
