DNO - Over 200 scientists and experts from Vietnam and abroad, on Tuesday, gathered at the International Conference on Management, Business, Economics, Law and Technology (COMBELT 2026), hosted by the University of Economics - The University of Da Nang.

The conference’s organizing committee received 263 research papers, of which nearly 200 were selected for presentation at the working sessions.
Key topics included new issues in the fields of management, business, economics, law, and technology; sustainable development; corporate social responsibility; digital transformation; business model innovation; the circular economy; international business; legal frameworks; and technological advancement and business adaptation in a rapidly changing environment.
Addressing the conference, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee Ho Quang Buu said Da Nang has been targeting to become a dynamic, liveable city with the capacity for integration.
The city also strives to develop itself into a new hub for international finance, innovation and technology in Vietnam and the region.
He stressed that scientific research, knowledge, a highly skilled workforce and close collaboration among government, universities and businesses were essential to achieve these goals.

The city, Mr. Buu said, remained committed to supporting higher education institutions, the business community and international partners while fostering an open, transparent and innovation-friendly environment.
COMBELT 2026 is one of the key academic events within the Da Nang Business, Finance and Technology Week 2026 which is taking place from July 7 to 12.
Through the conference, the University of Economics continues to strengthen partnerships with academic institutions and contribute expert insights to Da Nang's strategic priorities, including digital finance, green finance, international trade finance, legal and regulatory frameworks, regulatory sandbox mechanisms, artificial intelligence and semiconductor technology.
