(QNO) - On 9 May 2025, the city of Danang hosted a seminar titled "Artificial Intelligence (AI): New Drivers for Danang's Development," which attracted nearly 400 participants, both in person and online.
Present at the event were leaders from the People's Committee of Danang city, representatives from various departments, business owners, investors, AI experts, and members of international organisations.
Organised by the People's Committee of Danang city, the seminar aimed to implement Resolution No. 57 issued by the Politburo, which focuses on breakthroughs in science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
The event provided a platform for showcasing Danang's AI potential, offering policies to attract both local and international businesses and investors.
During the seminar, participants engaged in discussions about strategic issues concerning AI development, particularly its integration into education, urban management, and tourism.
The aim was to enhance teaching methods, improve city management, and offer personalised experiences for visitors. Experts also shared international experiences and offered suggestions to overcome challenges in AI development in Danang city.
The seminar concluded with a signing ceremony between the Department of Science and Technology of Danang city and VinGroup, focusing on collaboration for green transformation and sustainable development through AI and digital innovation in the city.
