DNO - Da Nang has attracted 1,162 FDI (foreign direct investment) projects with a total capital of approximately US$11.28 billion until now.

According to statistics from the Da Nang People's Committee, the city received US$ 681.55 million worth of FDI capital in the first 9 months of 2026, about 2.87 times higher than the same period last year.
Among them, 100 new projects with a combined capital of US$ 522.2 million were licensed. This marks an increase in both the number of projects and capital compared to the same period the previous year (US$145.7 million).
Meanwhile, domestic investment grew strongly, rising 183.8 percent year-on-year to VND185.76 trillion, or about 2.84 times the figure recorded in the first nine months of last year.
The city granted licenses to 66 new projects with a total capital of VND 96,084 billion, more than double compared to the same period last year.
For business registration, the city issued new certificates to 5,305 enterprises, branches, and representative offices, with total registered charter capital exceeding VND 33 trillion.
This represents year-on-year increases of 8.27% in the number of businesses and 35.65% in registered capital compared with the same period in 2025. Alongside, 2,008 enterprises, branches, and representative offices resumed operations, up 0.35%.
To date, the city has a total of 63,414 active enterprises, branches, representative offices, and business locations.
