(QNO) - On May 27th, Deputy Chairman of the Quang Nam provincial People's Committee Tran Nam Hung had a working session with a delegation of investors from the Network 20/20.
Deputy Chairman Tran Nam Hung welcomed Network 20/20’s interest in Quang Nam’s investment environment, highlighting its strategic location, modern infrastructure, skilled workforce, and open investment policies.
The province aims to become a growth hub in Central Vietnam, with strong ties to Da Nang, focusing on a modern coastal urban model, a financial centre, a free trade zone, and sustainable tourism development.
There are currently 205 FDI projects in the province, but only 6 U.S. companies in the industrial services sector. Quang Nam leaders hope more U.S. and international businesses will invest in key areas like high technology, clean energy, supporting industries, logistics, and green tourism.
Network 20/20, based in New York, connects global entrepreneurs, experts, and startups to promote investment and innovation in emerging economies.
The organisation’s "Vietnam Business Diplomacy" program focuses on startups, digital transformation, renewable energy, and climate change.
Delegates from Network 20/20 expressed strong interest in Quang Nam’s development priorities and praised the province’s open investment environment. They hope to establish cooperation programs soon.
