DNO - The Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2026 has added over 2,000 seats to accommodate growing audience demand and attract more domestic and international visitors.

The organizing committee of DIFF 2026 has recently announced that all grandstand tickets for the fifth competition night, scheduled for June 27, have been sold out.
Due to the surge in demand from residents and visitors, the organizing committee decided to open grandstand A4 with over 2,000 seats earlier than planned to meet the needs of visitors and locals who want to enjoy the fireworks displays.
The fifth competition night, which also marks the final qualifying round of DIFF 2026, will take place on the evening of June 27 under the theme “Vision”.
It will feature a competition between Australia's Skylighter Fireworks Pty Ltd and Portugal's Macedos Pirotecnia Lda.
According to the organizing committee, the appeal of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival continues to grow as each fireworks night attracts large crowds of both domestic and international visitors.
Beyond its cultural and entertainment value, this year’s festival has also provided a significant boost to Da Nang's tourism industry.
Statistics from the organizing committee show that after the first three competition nights, accommodation establishments across the city served more than 326,000 visitors, up 36.7% compared to the same period in 2025.
Of these, international arrivals exceeded 136,000, an increase of 33.7%, while domestic visitors reached nearly 190,000, up 38.9%. The city's average hotel occupancy rate surpassed 70%.
During the festival period, many hotels along the Han River and the coast recorded high occupancy rates, especially on weekends.
Restaurants, river cruises, entertainment venues, and tours combining sightseeing with fireworks viewing have also attracted a large number of visitors.
In addition to the fireworks displays, DIFF 2026 features a wide range of artistic performances involving Vietnamese and international artists, helping create a vibrant atmosphere for Da Nang's summer tourism season.
According to the plan, the grand finale of DIFF 2026 will take place on July 11. It will further reinforce the event's status as one of Da Nang's signature cultural and tourism attractions as well as promote the city's image.
