DNO - A group of students from the Da Nang-based Duy Tan University has recently won the ERPsim APAC Cup 2026 in the Asia-Pacific region for the second consecutive year.
With the victory for the second consecutive year, students from the Duy Tan University have once again made their mark in one of the world’s leading business management simulation competitions, demonstrating their professional expertise and competitiveness on the international stage.
The student team, comprising Cao Thi Yen Vi, Ngo Thi Van Anh, Vo Thanh Ngan, and Le Nguyen Nhat Anh, outperformed both domestic and international competitors to claim the top prize in the Asia-Pacific region.
The ERPsim APAC Cup 2026 was held online by ERPsim Lab of HEC Montréal in collaboration with SAP UA APAC. Teams from countries across the region competed on a real-time business simulation platform.
The competition is regarded as a significant academic event, attracting the participation of the Asia-Pacific region’s leading universities.
It provides students with an opportunity to test and enhance their business management capabilities using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, a technology increasingly adopted by organizations in order to optimize management and operational efficiency.
At the ERPsim APAC Cup 2026, participating teams competed in a business simulation scenario consisting of three rounds in the qualifying stage and four rounds in the final round.
Each team started with pre-established inventory levels, market demand, and customer orders.
Throughout the competition, teams were free to adjust suppliers, sales strategies, production investments, and financial management plans, while ensuring that their final bank debt remained lower than the initial level.
