DNO - On November 7 in Ho Chi Minh City, the Da Nang Innovation Start-up Support Centre (under the Department of Science and Technology) signed memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with Innovation Lab Co., Ltd. and Titops ITalent.AI Joint Stock Company.
The signing ceremony took place as part of the Vietnam Innovation Summit 2025, held on November 6 - 7 and co-organised by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology and InnoLab Asia.
Under the MoUs, the Da Nang Innovation Start-up Support Centre, Innovation Lab Co., Ltd., and Titops ITalent.AI JSC will collaborate on incubation, start-up acceleration, and human resource development, aiming to make Da Nang a leading innovation hub in Central Vietnam.
Key cooperation areas include training and mentoring, consulting and capital mobilisation, investor matchmaking, and cross-border partnerships.
The Da Nang Innovation Start-up Support Centre will act as a connector among university-based incubators, offering infrastructure, creative spaces, and administrative support, while selecting and promoting promising start-ups.
Innovation Lab Co., Ltd. will provide incubation expertise, product development support, and links to global innovation networks and investment funds.
Titops ITalent.AI JSC will supply technological solutions, digital platforms, and AI applications, assisting start-ups in capacity building, human resource development, and investor engagement.
