DNO - Da Nang has officially rolled out its tourism promotion programme for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) in 2026.

It aims to reinforce Da Nang's ambition to consolidate its position as one of Vietnam’s leading and most competitive MICE destinations.
As recently announced by the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the 2026 programme will run from January 1 to December 31 under the theme “Da Nang - Elevating Your MICE Experience”.
The central Vietnamese city set a target of welcoming and supporting nearly 93,000 MICE visitors next year, representing an increase of about 12 per cent compared with 2025.
Beyond maintaining existing support policies, including welcome services, gifts for delegates, event consultancy and media connections, MICE Da Nang 2026 programme introduces three major innovations.
First, the programme adjusts eligibility criteria to broaden participation.
Support will now apply to domestic MICE groups of at least 70 delegates and international groups from 30 delegates upward, a move intended to enhance accessibility and expand the programme’s reach, particularly among international organisers.
Second, Da Nang is launching, for the first time, a structured recognition scheme for outstanding MICE enterprises.
The initiative is designed to deliver tangible promotional value, with participating companies granted the use of their names and logos on Da Nang’s official MICE tourism platforms, free placement of promotional materials for periods ranging from six to twelve months, and preferential access to domestic and international tourism promotion activities.
A third notable addition is a dedicated incentive policy for repeat MICE groups. Organisations and corporate clients returning to Da Nang for a second time or more will be recognised as “Loyal MICE Partners”, receiving vouchers for new tourism products and services, along with preferential pricing offered by partner businesses across the city’s tourism ecosystem.

Alongside direct support for MICE groups, heed is paid to calling on local tourism businesses to strengthen collaboration in promoting Da Nang as a MICE destination.
A key focus will be the development of a MICE Standard Checklist, aimed at standardising service quality across event organisation, accommodation and supporting services.
There will be plans to launch a professional MICE publication showcasing leading suppliers, while encouraging the creation of tailored MICE product packages that combine conferences with resort stays, team-building activities, cultural and culinary experiences, and Central Vietnam heritage tours.
In the first half of January 2026, Da Nang has already welcomed several medium- and large-scale international MICE groups, including delegations from Supabase, Quantumedge Capital and Singapore-based Kara Coconut. These visits underscore the programme’s flexibility and its suitability for a wide range of corporate events.
The early momentum is expected to provide a strong foundation for MICE tourism growth throughout 2026, further strengthening Da Nang’s reputation as a trusted and attractive destination for international corporations and business travellers.
