DNO - The auction for office space leases at the Da Nang Software Park No. 2 will be held on August 13, according to the Da Nang Information Technology Infrastructure Development Center.
Accordingly, the center, located at 2 Quang Trung Street, Hai Chau Ward, will auction off the leasing rights to the ICT1 building for the year 2025 in accordance with regulations. This building is the information infrastructure at the Da Nang Software Park No. 2 - Phase 1.
The starting price is set at VND 226,000/m2/month, with the bidding to be conducted in individual lots. Each lot will cost approximately VND 5.42 billion in the starting total price. The rental price will remain fixed for 2 years from the effective date of the contract. After the 2-year period, the price will be reviewed and adjusted, and any increase will not exceed 10%.
Applications can be accepted until August 8 at the Da Nang branch of the Khai Bao Property Auction Partnership Company, 300 Ho Nghinh Street, An Hai Ward. The soon-to-be-auctioned property can be inspected at the ICT1 building of the Da Nang Software Park No.2 (Phase 1) in Hai Chau Ward.
The live auction will take place on August 13 at the Da Nang branch of the Khai Bao Property Auction Partnership Company.
