DNO - Da Nang stands out among localities nationwide for its outstanding results in science and technology in the first 6 months of 2025, according to the preliminary report recently released the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Regarding digital government, the city’s e-government platforms and information systems have been operating effectively, serving the implementation of the 2-tier administration model.
To date, the city has offered 1,921 online public services, including 1,711 full and 210 partial services, out of the 1,948 administrative procedures in total.
The rate of online public services has reached 98.6%. Among, 1,185 online public services have been integrated into the National Public Service Portal, accounting for 61.7% and exceeding the national target of 40%.
In term of digital economy, Da Nang's software export turnover reached US$ 185 million, up about 12% against 2024.
Digital products and services developed by local tech enterprises have been continuously honored at prestigious awards such as the Sao Khue Award 2025, and Top Vietnam Industry 4.0 Awards.
As for the digital society, the city has continued to deploy the digital citizen platform with about 45% of adults having a digital citizen account.
The city has collected 733,210 electronic identification records, of which 704,424 electronic identification accounts have been activated, reaching 79% of permanent residents aged 14 and over.
