The contest features a series of activities aimed at fostering students’ knowledge of FPGA and MCU design (electronic design, especially in embedded systems), jointly implemented by the DSAC and international partners since late May 2025.

This year’s preliminary round attracted 22 teams with more than 100 students from universities in Central Viet Nam.

Scoring criteria included the level of understanding and programming according to requirements, ability to clearly explain the structure and logic of the program, techniques for using programming support tools, and output results obtained during the test.

In the end, the judging panel will select outstanding teams to advance to the final round, scheduled for November 2025.

Finalist teams will be supported with hardware equipment, technical advice from experts, and funding to develop their products, thereby honing their professional skills and connecting with high-tech enterprises.
