The 25th edition of the Viet Nam International Mathematics Competition (VIMC) in 2025 is slated to take place in Da Nang from August 14 - 19.
With the slogan "Connecting intelligence, spreading friendship, and conquering Mathematics", the competition is expected to attract about 1,000 contestants from 31 international and 2 domestic delegations.
Participating contestants will be divided into two age groups: pupils in grades 6 -7, born after August 14, 2012, and pupils in grades 8 - 9 born after August 14, 2011.
Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee has assigned the municipal Department of Education and Training to establish the Organizing Committee for VIMC 2025.
The department is responsible for coordinating with relevant departments, agencies, the Vietnam - Korea University of Information Technology and Communications, and IEG Global JSC, to ensure all necessary conditions for the organization of the competition in accordance with regulations and requirements.
