DNO - Vietnam Airlines has officially opened its newest Lotus Lounge at Terminal No. 2 at the Da Nang International Airport.

The move marks a significant step in enhancing the national carrier’s premium ground services and its international service standards as well.
Designed to meet 5-star international benchmarks, the new lounge blends Vietnamese cultural identity with modern aesthetics.
It offers an elegant space with diverse amenities and distinctive culinary offerings, providing a relaxing, world-class experience for Business Class passengers, Lotusmiles elite members and SkyTeam Elite Plus travellers prior to their international flights.
The launch of the Lotus Lounge holds special significance for Da Nang, one of Vietnam’s premier destinations for tourism, conferences, and international events.
It enhances the city’s capacity to accommodate high-value travellers, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) groups, and business passengers, while strengthening its appeal to new international routes and global airline partners.

According to Deputy CEO of Vietnam Airlines Dang Anh Tuan, the opening of the Da Nang Lotus Lounge represents “an important milestone in the airline’s 5-star service strategy,” reinforcing its long-term commitment to investing in premium infrastructure and supporting Da Nang’s development as a hub for tourism, trade and aviation connectivity.
Together with its existing Lotus Lounges at Noi Bai, Tan Son Nhat, and Cam Ranh airports, the new Da Nang facility completes Vietnam Airlines’ network of premium lounges across the country’s major gateways.
The carrier is also introducing new in-flight and ground products, including onboard Internet connectivity and a dedicated Check-in Lounge for elite passenger, the first of its kind in Vietnam.
These initiatives reaffirm Vietnam Airlines’ commitment to providing a seamless five-star travel experience from ground to sky, as the carrier moves closer to achieving official recognition as a five-star international airline in the near future.
