DNO - Cau Mong is a place name that once belonged to Quang Nam Province and is now referred to as Dien Ban Ward of Da Nang. Yet Cau Mong is best known not for its geography, but for lending its name to a renowned culinary specialty ‘be thui Cau Mong’ (Cau Mong fire-roasted veal).
