(QNO) – On May 27, the Tam Ky City Study Promotion Association held the 6th scholarship award ceremony for the 2024 – 2025 school year, sponsored by the Korean Business Association in Quang Nam, benefiting students in Tam Ky.
At the event, 100 disadvantaged students in Tam Ky received scholarships totaling 100 million VND (1 million VND each), including 50 primary school students, 30 middle school students, and 20 high school students.
According to Mr. Bui Tan Nha, Vice Chairman of the Tam Ky Study Promotion Association, through six rounds of scholarship funding, the Korean Business Association in Quang Nam has awarded 733 scholarships totaling 600 million VND to Tam Ky students.
These meaningful gifts help families cover educational expenses and purchase books and supplies, giving the students better opportunities to study.
This is a very precious and honorable gesture from the sponsoring organization to the students, thus helping students have right motivation for learning; always strive and overcome difficulties in their studies and self-improvement to become good citizens.
