The ASEAN certification for Triem Tay community-based tourism village

(QNO) – The ASEAN (the Association of Southeast Asian Nations) certification was offered to Triem Tay community-based tourism village (Dien Phuong commune, Dien Ban district, Quang Nam province) on 6 April.

In addition to Triem Tay village, the Thanh Nam homestay (Cam Chau ward, Hoi An city) was certified under the category of ASEAN Homestay Standard.

At the ASEAN Tourism Forum in Singapore in January 2017, the certification for ASEAN Community-Based Tourism and ASEAN Homestay Standard in the period of 2017- 2019 was conducted. There were five household groups and 3 communities of Vietnam honoured on this occasion. They are in Son La, Hoa Binh, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam and Soc Trang provinces.
