Da Nang also organised simultaneous welcome programmes at airports, seaports and the city centre, showcasing Tet culture with conical hats and gift boxes of Chung cake (square sticky rice cake) and Tet cake (cylindrical sticky rice cake).

At Sun World Ba Na Hills, millions of tulips created colourful cloud-level flower roads resembling a miniature Europe.

Nui Than Tai Hot Springs Park hosted the 2026 God of Wealth Festival themed 'Journey to Prosperity' with calligraphy, lucky-spring picking, Bai Choi performance art, folk games and Dong Ho woodblock printing. Visitors also enjoyed cultural activities and cuisine across Da Nang and Hoi An Ancient Town.

Spreading the image of Da Nang

During the 2026 Tet holiday, visitors enjoyed traditional activities and festive foods across Da Nang and Hoi An. Philippine tourist Mercedita Manzano praised the city’s modern scenery after visiting Ba Na Hills and Hoi An and called it a memorable family trip she would recommend to friends.
