DNO - A special art program “Da Nang’s Aspiration” was held at the city’s March 29 Square on Thursday evening to celebrate the success of the first Congress of the municipal Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.
The program featured three chapters called ‘Love Song of the Homeland’, ‘Soul of the Quang Land’ and ‘Da Nang’s Aspiration’.
It took the audience through a journey of emotions where symphonic music blended with folk melodies, traditional instruments and contemporary rhythms.
The first chapter, ‘Love Song of the Homeland’, featured songs of pride, patriotism, and aspiration for the future such as Praising the Fatherland, The Road We Go, Voluntary, Mother Loves Child, What is More Beautiful, Continuing the Story of Peace, and My House Has a Flag Hanging.
The second chapter with the theme of ‘Soul of the Quang Land’ highlighted the cultural imprint of Quang Nam - Da Nang through folk and lyrical songs including Bai Choi Folk Songs: Waiting Nine, Hoping Ten, Ka Lang Oi, Rain at the Ancient Tower, and Boats Sailing Against the Current.
The program concluded with youthful, vibrant performances expressing faith and determination toward the future, such as Dance of the Future Journey, The Path We Choose, and Soaring Da Nang - Vietnam.
With the combination of creative stage design, many art forms, and modern sound, lighting and effects systems, along with the participation of many famous artists such as Isaac, Dinh Trang, Hoang My An, Lia Ngoc Nhung, Hong Minh, Meritorious Artist Thanh Chau and Thu Huong, the program left a strong impression on both local residents and visitors.
The large-scale cultural and artistic event was a spiritual gift to the people of the city, and at the same time spread confidence, vitality and aspiration for innovation for renewal in a new phase of development.
