DNO - On the afternoon of October 20, Scoot Airlines flight TR314 from Singapore’s Changi International Airport, carrying more than 170 passengers, landed at Da Nang International Airport, marking the airline’s first flight to the city.

The Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with the Central Regional Airport Authority, Da Nang International Airport Police, Da Nang International Airport, Da Nang International Terminal Investment and Operation Joint Stock Company, and Scoot Airlines, organised a warm welcome ceremony featuring a water cannon salute, traditional performances, flowers, and gifts for passengers.
Scoot Airlines’ new direct Singapore - Da Nang route operates three flights per week on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. It is expected to increase to daily service in January 2026. Flights are operated using Airbus A320 aircraft with a capacity of 180-186 passengers.

According to the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, arrivals from Singapore have steadily grown, reaching nearly 70,000 in the first nine months of 2025.
The launch of this direct route, alongside existing services operated by Singapore Airlines and Vietjet Air, increases the total frequency of flights between Singapore and Da Nang to 24 per week, further strengthening tourism ties in the coming time.
